John Lester

I am a husband, soldier, engineer, and lifelong learner.

My work sits at the intersection of people, systems, and infrastructure. As an electric utility engineer, I am focused on one of the defining challenges of our time: how we meet growing energy demand while maintaining reliability and building the grid of the future.

This platform exists for a simple reason: to think clearly, speak honestly, and contribute meaningfully.

For a long time, I felt the friction of having ideas without a place to develop and share them. This is my answer to that. A place to articulate lessons learned, explore complex problems, and engage with others who are doing the same.

I am interested in collaboration, conversation, and continuous growth—whether that is in engineering, leadership, or life.

If something here resonates with you, I invite you to engage.
